TEACHING PRACTICE WEEK 8

 DAY 29


As usual we all reached the school before 9.30 and signed the attendance. I had no classes Monday. I just visited few free period classes and interacted with the students. In the afternoon, a school PTA had occured and got chance to meet some parents and interacted with them.

DAY 30

I had class on 9th standard in the 4th period. The topic was about respiraton and excretion in organisms.The class was based on the lesson plan and activity oriented.Follow up activity and review questions were provided at the end.

DAY 31

I had 3 periods today. Revision for the 8th class. I covered the topics Anaerobic respiration and Excretion in the 9th class. Also gave easy notes to them and homework. ICT helped to enhance the class with chart and activity card. We leave the campus after 3.45pm.

DAY 32

I reached 9.30am and marked attendance and waited for my colleagues to come. I have no classes today but I got some free periods and gave them notes and small learning games. In the afternoon, we helped to serve the food and it is now a routine to me which gave extra happiness.

DAY 33

The last day of the week is here. I have 2nd period class on 8th C. We started 'farming teachniques' and successfully completed it. The class moved through ICT, Activity cards. The topic 'Excretion' was completed in the 9th class.The previous knowledge was also checked properly.

DAY 16 TP

      After the break we all re entered to the school on 3/01/2025 for our remaining practice days. We reached the school before 9.30 and assembled to meet the headmaster to inform and sign the attendance. The school was very busy to welcome the trophy presentation for the state arts festival which starts on January 4 in Thiruvananthapuram. The school gaves a warm welcome to the trophy.      In the afternoon section, I took the class on 8th standard on the topic diverse ecosystem in the inquiry model method. After the national anthem we dispersed from the campus.

WEEK 3 TP

 DAY 11 A new week with the same motive to create good potential students to the society. Morning prayer enhance the energy to the new day and filled with positivity. 2/12/2024, I had classes on 9th and 8th standards. In the 8th standard I took the topic 'foob web and food chain'. In the 9th standard the topic was ' skeletal and muscular disorders'. We also had an surprise general observation from the college. DAY 12 The day started with the school assembly. The theme based on international day of persons with disabilities.Some special kids also delivered their part in the assembly. I got a period in my 9th class and completed the topic 'plant movements'as a 5E model. The mid-day lunch was special today, after a long time biriyani is served to the students. In the afternoon section I had class in the 8E. I covered trophic levels in the class. After signing the attendance we leave the school campus. New year celebration

 The Kaviyattu college of education celebrated the new year and Christmas celebration on January 1. Juniors conducted the program.principal and other teachers along with staff assembled for the celebration. The program was in the afternoon. There was also a friend gift exchange programs with various games.
