Teaching practice: week 2

 Day 3

We start our fresh week with a sunny and happy monday. We all signed the register and did our works effectively. I have don't period as per timetable. I went for a substitution period and interacted with the students. As a regular ritual in this teaching period we served the mid day meals very pleasantly. We part away after National anthem.


Day 4

We all came before 9.30 and marked our attendance in the office. I had class on 4th period in the 9th class. I took the topic blood and lymph with the help of ict and lesson plan. Our school conducted a rally on hiroshima day. In the lunch break we served the food. In the afternoon section I got a substitution duty on 8A. I just interacted with students and gave them a simple activity.


Day 5

A bright day in the school started with the signing of attendance. We all wear our uniform on Wednesday. As per the time table I had 3 teaching periods. I conducted testpapers in the 9thand 8 classes and completed the topics chemical digestion and absorption of villus using lesson plan. I used ICT for more understanding and engagement of pupil.


Day 6

A good morning welcomed by the prayer song in the school, after that we all signed in the attendance register. I had no periods according to the timetable. I just completed by lesson plan and other works. We served the lunch to the students. I also corrected some  answer sheets in the free time. I had an exam duty after 3.30pm to 4.30 pm. 

Day 7

As usual we all reached the school before prayer and signed the attendance. As per the time table I had class on 8 C. I took the topic about tissues and organs with help of a proper lesson plan along with chart and activity card. Then I did substitution periods in the free classes. In the lunch break, we served the mid day meals to the students. Afternoon I got substitution in my 9th class and I took the blood vessels. After the national anthem we part away.

      Today we started our teaching practice journey. We have a 40 days of teaching practice according to our third semester. We 8 student teachers from kaaviyattu        college got charge in Kanniakulangara Girls school. We all came before 9.30am and reported to the headmaster. After signing the daily attendance, sir gave us valuable informations and guidance for our school journey. As per time table I have no period today. We also served the mid day meals to the students and helped the storekeeper for arranging items. At 3.30 after national anthem we part away.

Day 2: Teaching practice

      We all came before 9.30 and signed our attendance on Headmaster room. Rainy morning gaves a cold start to the day. I took class on 2nd period as per my timetable.At 8C I just introducted about cell clusters and taught about meristemic tissue. I got a fine and warm response on my first class on teaching practice. This buildup my confidence and energy. Then we served the mid day meals. In the afternoon section I got a substitution period on 9th class. I casually spoke to students and gave them a simple activity game. I also helped my teacher to list the biology marklist. We part away after National anthem.

TEACHING PRACTICE WEEK 5

 DAY 16      Today is the refreshing start to our teaching practice journey after the Onam vacation. We all are eager and thrilled to start the week. We all reached the school before 9.30 and marked the attendance.I have no class as per the timetable. So I had to finish my works and Lesson plan. Then I went for a substitution class. In the afternoon section we served the food. We all leave the school premise after 3.30. DAY 17      I reached the school on 9.15 and marked the register and waited for others to join. I had class on 9E in the 4th period. The topic was 'Respiration'. I took class with help of ICT and solid lesson plan. In the afternoon we served the food to students. Mid day meal now became a part of our life. We left the school after 3.30pm. DAY 18      Arrived on 9.20 and signed the attendance. I had 3 perioda today. 2 periods on 9th and one in 8th standard.
