Workshop on Stress Management

  Stress is an inevitable part of life, and if left unchecked, it can have severe consequences on our physical and mental health. Effective stress management is crucial to maintaining a healthy work-life balance, relationships, and overall well-being. Sir took the class very effectively with simple life examples mixed with the taste of music. Sir's presentation style made the workshop more engaging. stress management is a journey, and it's okay to take things one step at a time. By acknowledging your stress, identifying your triggers, and implementing effective coping strategies, you can take control of your well-being and live a happier, healthier life.

Workshop on Life skill Development

  Today we had a workshop on Life skill development as part of the second semester. Anu Krishnan Sir effortlessly carried a section of active participation and information. Sir described about various life skills and dialy life situations we faced. Sir also conducted a small roleplay between us. We got a clear picture about the essential skills for a good teacher. It was a wonderful experience and understanding of many life skills that are useful for our Future. 

The Yoga Day

     As part of the world Yoga day, we Kaviyaattu College of Education also taken part of this celebration of unity and Well-being. Our theme is 'Yoga for self and Society'. The main objective of the program is to raise awareness about benefits of yoga, promote a healthy lifestyle and foster global unity. We conducted a Yoga demonstration section and discussed importance of yoga in daily life. Yoga is a powerful agent for well being and self improvement.
