Kaviyattu College of Education conducted a Socially useful productive Work (SUPW) for enriching the talents of the students.  SUPW is an educational program  aimed at fostering social, moral, and practical skills among students through participation in various productive activities outside of regular academic subjects. I made a hand fan, using waste cardboards. It is very socially important in this summar time and it can be used very easily and cheeply. Hand fan has a great history, it was first devloped in Egypt. This is very useful while traveling oru resting. Through this I showed my innovative skill and increased my confidence.     This program helped us to showcase our skills and innovative ideas. Incorporating SUPW into the school curriculum not only enriches student's learning experiences but also equips them with essential life skills and values necessary for responsible citizenship and sustainable development.

     As per our curriculum, Kaviyaatu College of Education conducted our 1st Semester Workshop on Leadership Building. This class was taken by Dr. Anu Krishnan R principal of P.T.M.I.T.E College,balaramapuram. The class was activity oriented and interactive. Sir showcased us the importance of life skills and Capacities.       This was a transformative program designed to equip participants with the skills, mindset, and strategies necessary to excel leadership roles. Through a combination of interactive sessions, experiential learning activities, and expert guidance, this workshop offers a dynamic platform for personal and professional growth.  By combining practical knowledge, skill development, self-reflection, and collaborative learning, the workshop equips participants with the tools and confidence to lead with impact on positive changes in the attitudes.

 Fire and safety knowledge is indispensable in daily life as it equips individuals with the necessary skills and awareness to prevent and respond effectively to potential fire hazards. Anil Kumar Sir , Inspector from Venjaramoodu  Fireforce Unit and his team conducted a fire and safety class in the banner of College NSS.  In the section Sir explained the importance of early detection of fires and the various fire detection systems available, including smoke detectors, heat detectors, and fire alarm systems. The Section is very useful in dialy life and interesting. The team also showed some demo of fire extinguishing works. They also gave important tips while using lpg and it's safety measures. Also said the importance of group work in rescue process and first aid. They also showcased a demo of CPR and it's right method to gave according to situation.       The International Energy Festival of Kerala(iefk) is an annual event that serves as a platform for showcasing innovations, discussing challenges, and promoting sustainable practices in the energy sector. Hosted in Kerala, India, this festival brings together experts, industry leaders, policymakers, and the public to exchange ideas and explore solutions for the global energy transition.      We the students of Kaviyaatu College of education visited the iefk24 on the first day of the program in Tagore Theatre. We got a warm welcome and a kit with a pleasant environment. The festival features exhibitions and demonstrations of cutting-edge technologies and renewable energy solutions from around the world. Participants have the opportunity to explore advancements in solar, wind, hydro, and other renewable energy sources. We also got opportunity in attending a seminar there.
